Message Red Pork Pozole soup is my preferred Mexican meal by far. It's simple, natural, rich and satisfying. Pozole is pork or hen-- this recipe asks for pork-- and also hominy in a slightly spicy guajillo and also ancho chile broth garnished with shredded cabbage or lettuce, diced onion, chopped radish, Mexican oregano as well as some arbol chile for a little additional warm with a squirt of lime juice to bring it all with each other.
